手持式干冰灭火器在使用过程，外壁和喷口温度很低，特别是在夏天，这种情况更加明显。手持过程中，会引起严重不适，需要戴手套。在紧急情况时，来不及戴手套的情况下，使用干冰灭火器，操作员的手掌要忍受灭火器本体的低温。目前干冰灭火器本体没有额外的隔热保护装置。

本实用新型的目的是干冰灭火器外围增加隔热装置，使干冰灭火器的使用者能更加安全的使用灭火器，提供一种带低温防护套的手持式干冰灭火器。

海绵干冰灭火器的外壁绕城一圈，使海绵能够紧贴灭火器外壁，上下分别用绑扎带固定，或者用橡皮条扎紧，这样在使用干冰灭火器过程中海绵不易移动或脱落。干冰灭火器的喷口管外壁也用海绵裹住，并用绑扎带或者橡皮条固定。

灭火器外壳4、喷口管5的外壁上包裹的海绵2均通过多根绑带1扎紧。
