本实用新型涉及一种POS机的磁头防水防尘结构，包括POS机刷卡槽、磁头、防水软胶、密封盖，所述POS机刷卡槽上开设有安放磁头的开口，所述防水软胶上开设有一凹槽，所述凹槽与磁头成过盈配合；所述防水软胶粘连于刷卡槽具有磁头侧的侧壁上，所述防水软胶上开设有一与POS机刷卡槽开口尺寸一致且以利磁头安设的通口，所述通口的周部上设有一将磁头囊括住的密封盖，密封盖与防水软胶压紧，保证机器内部不进水。本实用新型构造简单，实现便捷，能有效提升POS机磁头的防水、防尘效果，保障设备安全、长效使用。

本实用新型涉及POS机的磁头防水防尘结构，应用于POS机设备。    
背景技术
传统的POS机里，在磁头安装位上为了磁头能自由活动，都与机壳留有间隙。在日常使用中容易进尘进水，从而增加磁头失效的故障率。然而传统的机壳的防水措施又不能直接套用在磁头上，因此，针对上述问题是本实用新型研究的对象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供POS机的磁头防水防尘结构，有助于解决目前POS机磁头无有效防水防尘措施而导致易损坏等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案在于：
一种POS机的磁头防水防尘结构，包括POS机刷卡槽、磁头，其特征在于：还包括防水软胶、密封盖，所述POS机刷卡槽上开设有安放磁头的开口，所述防水软胶设置于刷卡槽与磁头之间，所述密封盖设置于防水软胶上并将磁头囊括住。
其中，所述防水软胶上开设有一凹槽，所述凹槽与磁头成过盈配合，所述防水软胶上开设有两个以利将磁头及防水软胶锁付于刷卡槽上的螺钉通孔。
所述防水软胶的材质为TPU、硅胶、橡胶。
本实用新型的优点在于：本实用新型构造简单，实现便捷，能有效提升POS机磁头的防水、防尘效果，保障设备安全、长效使用。

为让本实用新型的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂，下文特举实施例，并配合附图，作详细说明如下。
结合图1，图2和图3所示，本实用新型涉及一种POS机的磁头防水防尘结构，包括POS机刷卡槽4、磁头2、防水软胶3、密封盖1，所述POS机刷卡槽4上开设有安放磁头的开口4-1，所述防水软胶3设置于刷卡槽4与磁头2之间，所述密封盖1设置于所述防水软胶3上方，所述密封盖1盖住磁头2，所述密封盖1与所述防水软胶3压紧，保证机器内部不进水。
本实用新型的防水软胶3上开设有一凹槽3-1，所述凹槽3-1与磁头2成过盈配合，并将磁头紧紧包裹住，所述防水软胶3上开设有两个以利将磁头2及防水软胶3锁付于刷卡槽4上的螺钉通孔3-2。
上述防水软胶的材质为TPU、硅胶、橡胶。
本实用新型的具体实施过程：结合附图所示的磁头与防水软胶的安装示意图。防水软胶3与磁头2过盈固定在一起，然后将防水软胶3与磁头2组件安装在刷卡槽4上，同时通过螺钉将磁头2固定在刷卡槽4上，固定住磁头2和防水软胶3。当刷卡时卡片带起磁头2和防水软胶3，因软胶的特殊性对刷卡手感无影响；当无操作时磁头2压紧防水软胶3，使灰尘和水汽都无法进入磁头部分，同时密封盖1与防水软胶3在周圈压紧，保证水汽不进去机器。

1.一种POS机的磁头防水防尘结构，包括POS机刷卡槽、磁头，其特征在于：还包括防水软胶、密封盖，所述POS机刷卡槽上开设有安放磁头的开口，所述防水软胶设置于刷卡槽与磁头之间，所述密封盖设置于防水软胶上并将磁头囊括住。
2.根据权利要求1所述的POS机的磁头防水防尘结构，其特征在于：所述防水软胶上开设有一凹槽，所述凹槽与磁头成过盈配合，所述防水软胶上开设有两个以利将磁头及防水软胶锁付于刷卡槽上的螺钉通孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的POS机的磁头防水防尘结构，其特征在于：所述防水软胶的材质为硅胶或橡胶。
