本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：一种双面PK带，包括橡胶带体，所述橡胶带体的一面设有第一齿形，所述橡胶带体的另一面设有第二齿形；
所述的橡胶带体内设有加强线层，所述加强线层的上方设有纤维层，所述加强线层的下方设有布套层。
进一步，所述的橡胶带体为CR橡胶，所述的加强线层为玻璃纤维或芳纶，所述的纤维层为玻璃纤维或尼龙。
进一步，所述纤维层的上方和布套层的下方还设有网格线层，所述的网格线层由相互交错的经线和纬线交织而成。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：设有双面齿形，适应范围更广泛。

本实施例中，所述纤维层5的上方和布套层6的下方还设有网格线层7，所述的网格线层7由相互交错的经线和纬线交织而成，在最外层设置网格线层从而形成网纹，可进一步增强PK带的强度和韧性，并提高PK带的耐油性能。

1.一种双面PK带，包括橡胶带体，其特征在于：所述橡胶带体的一面设有第一齿形，所述橡胶带体的另一面设有第二齿形；
所述的橡胶带体内设有加强线层，所述加强线层的上方设有纤维层，所述加强线层的下方设有布套层。
2.如权利要求1所述的双面PK带，其特征在于：所述的橡胶带体为CR橡胶，所述的加强线层为玻璃纤维或芳纶，所述的纤维层为玻璃纤维或尼龙。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的双面PK带，其特征在于：所述纤维层的上方和布套层的下方还设有网格线层，所述的网格线层由相互交错的经线和纬线交织而成。
