背景技术
家庭日常生活中，室内垃圾的处理一般是放置在垃圾桶中，传统的垃圾桶是塑料垃圾桶，用时在桶里放入垃圾袋，等垃圾袋垃圾装满时，便拿出垃圾袋丢弃。但一般垃圾桶由于直接套在垃圾桶上，没有专门的固定，在使用过程中，垃圾袋容易松掉，从而造成垃圾泄漏，且垃圾碎易粘到垃圾桶内部，使用过久时，垃圾桶内壁累计的污垢较多时，垃圾桶易滋生细菌，甚至发出恶臭的味道，影响了家庭的室内的环境卫生。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种垃圾架，目的在于直接将垃圾袋放置在垃圾架中，这样，在使用过程中，垃圾袋不易倒掉，有利于室内的环境卫生。 
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种垃圾架，它包括架体（2）, 及在架体（2）上具有一固定盖（1）,架体（2）包括O型圈（21）和支撑脚（23），所述的架体（2）的O型圈（21）上还包含一对称的两个固定孔（22），所述的固定盖（1），还包括一对称的两个固定柱（11）和架体（2）的固定孔（22）相配合，固定盖（1）的外形大小和所述的O型圈（21）大小相等，且固定盖（1）的内侧的内凹圆面和O型圈（21）上部的外凸圆面相吻合。 
使用时，将垃圾袋套在O型圈（21）上，用固定盖（1）压住，固定盖（1）上的固定柱（11）将部分垃圾袋压入到固定孔（22）中，进一步将垃圾袋固定住，防止垃圾袋松掉。 
本实用新型能够有效地的解决现有垃圾桶垃圾袋易松掉的问题，结构简单，使用方便。
