本实用新型涉及低压配电系统的技术领域,尤其涉及一种低压智能配电系统。
背景技术
在信息化技术、智能化技术无孔不入的今天,智能概念成为一种意识,已经深入人心,并开始生根发芽。低压配电设备作为电力系统的末端环节,其功能和性能直接影响着电能的质量,传统的低压配电设备主要由断路器、隔离开关、互感器、一次回路、二次回路再加上外壳等几个主要部分组装而成,功能上仅停留使线路通断及简单的保护,需要人员实时进行值班,确保在故障情况下进行及时处理,开关设备也只是在设备发生故障之后再进行检修和更换,这种故障的发生是突发性的,没有任何的预警,有可能引发爆炸、火灾等严重危及人身安全事故,同时影响供配电网络的可靠性,并由此带来重大经济损失,造成恶劣社会影响;随着智能电网对国民经济影响的加大和配电智能网络的研究深入,要求系统监控能提供方便、直观的关于电能质量更为准确的实时信息,实现对配电和监控设备以及智能型元器件监控、保护和控制通信。                                                      
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种可提供被测部位运行的温度、断路器触头磨损等非电量参数,能实现短路故障的早期检测与保护等高水平的智能保护,以及可现GPRS无线传输等功能的低压智能配电系统。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种低压智能配电系统,包括现场设备层、通信管理层和监控管理层,所述现场设备层与通信管理层采用RS485或MODBUS通信方式连接,所述监控管理层与通信管理层通过以太网或GPRS无线传输方式,所述现场设备层包括多功能仪表、网络仪表、智能功率因数补偿器、智能电动机控制器和智能型断路器,所述通信管理层包括智能监控前端机,所述监控管理层包括监控主机、监控从机和远程管理机。
所述智能监控前端机配备有GPRS发射端。
所述监控主机、监控从机和远程管理机均配备有GPRS接收端,远程管理机还配备有Internet网络。
所述智能监控前端机上层接有交换机,所述智能监控前端机通过交换机采用以太网 TC/IP的连接方式与监控管理层进行联接。
本实用新型低压智能配电系统有如下优点:本实用新型配备智能监控前端、后台监控系统和终端设备,使产品具有对电能质量频率变化、电压偏差、谐波、三相不平衡及电压骤降及断路器触头磨损等指标的监测和重要点位温度测量,并能通过GPRS无线网络进行远程传输,同时后台系统可实时分析,给用户提供电能质量评估信息,构成具有故障预诊断的智能化监控保护与信息管理的低压成套配电系统。

请参阅图1所示,是本实用新型所述的一种低压智能配电系统,包括现场设备层、通信管理层和监控管理层,所述现场设备层与通信管理层采用RS485或MODBUS通信方式连接,所述监控管理层与通信管理层通过以太网或GPRS无线传输方式。
所述现场设备层包括多功能仪表、网络仪表、智能功率因数补偿器、智能电动机控制器和智能型断路器,各功能仪表或控制器都具备有RS485或MODBUS通信连接接口,之间采用有线连接的方式进行连接,然后通过总线与智能监控前端机进行连接;所述通信管理层包括智能监控前端机,智能监控前端机配备有GPRS发射端,所述智能监控前端机上层接有交换机,所述智能监控前端机通过交换机采用以太网 TC/IP的连接方式与监控管理层进行联接;所述监控管理层包括监控主机、监控从机和远程管理机,监控主机、监控从机和远程管理机均配备有GPRS接收端,远程管理机还配备有Internet网络,所述监控从机和监控主机可通过GPRS或以太网的方式与智能监控前端机进行连接,所述远程管理机可通过Internet或GPRS无线网络进行连接。

1.一种低压智能配电系统,其特征在于:包括现场设备层、通信管理层和监控管理层,所述现场设备层与通信管理层采用RS485或MODBUS通信方式连接,所述监控管理层与通信管理层通过以太网或GPRS无线传输方式,所述现场设备层包括多功能仪表、网络仪表、智能功率因数补偿器、智能电动机控制器和智能型断路器,所述通信管理层包括智能监控前端机,所述监控管理层包括监控主机、监控从机和远程管理机。

3.根据权利要求1所述的低压智能配电系统,其特征在于:所述监控主机、监控从机和远程管理机均配备有GPRS接收端,远程管理机还配备有Internet网络。
