背景技术
    目前缝合布片的装置上均带有剪刀装置，通过剪刀装置完成剪断纱线的功能，使得缝合装置连续工作时，各个布片不相连。现有的剪刀装置结构复杂，且反应不够敏捷，容易剪坏布片。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题，提供一种结构简单、反应敏捷的电磁铁剪刀装置。
为此，本实用新型的技术方案是：电磁铁剪刀装置，其特征在于：它包括电磁铁成套、刀片固定板、剪刀刀片和刀片限位板；所述刀片限位板与电磁铁成套的外壳相连，所述刀片限位板两侧具有上限位块和下限位块；所述剪刀刀片通过销安装在刀片固定板上，置于电磁铁成套下方；所述剪刀刀片一侧具有一定位块，所述定位块置于上限位块和下限位块之间。
进一步地，所述剪刀刀片具有对称的两块。
本实用新型空闲时，电磁铁成套通电，将刀片固定板吸附在电磁铁成套下方，剪刀刀片的定位块抵在刀片限位板的上限位块上，两剪刀刀片打开；工作时，电磁铁成套断电，由于重力作用，刀片固定板向下运动，剪刀刀片的定位块抵在刀片限位板的下限位块上，使得两剪刀刀片闭合，剪断纱线。剪断后，电磁铁成套立即通电，使缝合装置继续工作。

参见附图。本实施例包括电磁铁成套21、刀片固定板22、剪刀刀片23和刀片限位板24；所述刀片限位板24与电磁铁成套21的外壳相连，所述刀片限位板24两侧具有上限位块241和下限位块242；所述剪刀刀片23通过销安装在刀片固定板22上，置于电磁铁成套21下方；所述剪刀刀片23一侧具有一定位块231，所述定位块231置于上限位块241和下限位块242之间。
本实施例空闲时，电磁铁成套21通电，将刀片固定板22吸附在电磁铁成套21下方，剪刀刀片23的定位块231抵在刀片限位板24的上限位块241上，两剪刀刀片23打开；工作时，电磁铁成套21断电，由于重力作用，刀片固定板22向下运动，剪刀刀片23的定位块231抵在刀片限位板24的下限位块242上，使得两剪刀刀片23闭合，剪断纱线。剪断后，电磁铁成套21立即通电，使缝合装置继续工作。
