技术领域
本实用新型涉及到超高效电机,尤其是涉及到一种新型三相电机定转子槽。 
背景技术
三相电动机的效率是输出功率与输入功率的比值,输入功率越小,电机的效率就相对越高。输入功率与输出功率的差值为电机的总损耗主要分下列五种:定子铜耗、转子铝耗、硅钢片的铁耗、机械摩擦损耗以及杂散损耗。对于前四大损耗是可以通过理论计算及检测而得,其中第五大损耗的大小在导磁材料的选用、冲片制作工艺中的严格控制中固然重要,但定转子槽配合的设计是影响电机该损耗的决定因素之一,影响着总损耗的量值,最终决定效率的高低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于通过改变三相电动机定转子冲片槽的配合以提高电机的基波磁势、降低杂散损耗来提高电机效率,使电机在低材料成本的情况下达到超高效标准要求的技术研究。
本实用新型是这样实现的,新型三相电机定转子槽,其特征在于:定子上均匀设置有60槽,转子均匀设置有52槽,所述的转子槽为凸形结构。 
本实用新型杂散损耗比50槽的转子低,使整台电机效率提高了0.38%,超过了国际电工委超高效率IE3标准值的0.24%,为中小型电机实现超高效率的技术再创新高奠定了新途径。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明 
本实用新型将转子的槽数由原来的50槽改为52槽,同时对转子的槽形尺寸进行了新设计的调整,将原来的槽形由刀形改为凸形,槽形截面积增大,使转子电阻减小,转子的铝耗降低。
为了使超高效电机的损耗值有所下降,从设计的角度考虑进行了调整槽配合的新 设计。按照以下计算式对不良后果的产生均已排除,确定调整为60/52(代号Q1/Q2)以满足要求: 
1)Q2≠Q1(如若相等将会在堵转时产生同步转矩),即52 ≠60;
2)Q2≠Q1+2p(如若相等将会在运转时产生同步转矩)即52≠60+4(对于4极电机:2P为4,以下相同);
3)Q2≠Q1-2p(如若相等将会在制动时产生同步转矩)即52≠60-4;
4)Q2≠Q1±i或Q2≠Q1±2p±i(i为1、2或3)(如若相等可能在运转时产生振动及电磁噪音)。
本实用新型还对4台样机的进行了试验,样机的性能参数试验比较见如下表格。

参照表格,采用新设计定转子槽配合60/52后的电机在工艺方式等同的情况下,52槽转子的电机噪音比50槽的降低2dB(A), 损耗比50槽的转子试验值降低了240W,下降比例占额定功率的0.32%,转子的铝耗降低40W,使整台电机效率提高了0.38%,超过了国际电工委超高效率IE3标准值的0.24%。为中小型电机实现超高效率的技术再创新高奠定新途径。
