技术领域
本实用新型涉及了一种过压保护电路,具体涉及为低压直流电源供应领域。 
背景技术
在工业现场,连接到设备的供电线接头样式差不多,比如12﹑24﹑36V电源端子外形一致,在该情况下如果操作人员将36V电源接到12V设备上,那么12V设备很有可能会损坏。这就需要在设备里植入过压保护机制:当电压高于设备要求值时,该机制能迅速切断电源回路,直到输入电压回落到正常值范围才重新连接上回路。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种过压保护电路,其创新在于不需要外接控制环节,只需要MOS管,可调分流基准电压源,普通电阻就可以实现过压保护功能。只要选择MOS管,电阻,可调分流基准电压源参数就可以应用在不同的电压场合。该电路具备结构简单,成本低廉,安全可靠等优点。 
一种过压保护电路,主要用来保护设备的后级电路防止过压造成的损坏,其特征在于:包括MOS管Q1﹑可调分流基准电压源芯片U1,分压电阻R1﹑R2﹑R3﹑R4,限流电阻R5。所述的MOS管Q1为N沟道MOS管,它的源极与输入电源负端相连,漏极与受保护的后级电路电源负端极相连,栅极与分压电阻R1﹑R2的公共端相连;所述的分压电阻R1另一端与输入电源正端相连,电阻分压R2的另一端与输入电源负端相连;所述的可调分流基准电压源芯片U1,它的阴极与分压电阻R1﹑R2的公共端相连,阳极与输入电源负端相连,参考输入与限流电阻R5一端相连;所述的限流电阻R5另一端与分压电阻R3﹑R4的公共端相连;所述的分压电阻R3的另一端与电源正端相连,分压电阻R4的另一端与输入电源负端相连。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括MOS管Q1﹑可调分流基准电压源芯片U1,分压电阻R1﹑R2﹑R3﹑R4,限流电阻R5。所述的MOS管Q1为N沟道MOS管,它的源极与输入电源负端相连,漏极与受保护的后级电路电源负端极相连,栅极与分压电阻R1﹑R2的公共端相连;所述的分压电阻R1另一端与输入电源正端相连,电阻分压R2的另一端与输入电源负端相连;所述的可调分流基准电压源芯片U1,它的阴极与分压电阻R1﹑R2的公共端相连,阳极与输入电源负端相连,参考输入与限流电阻R5一端相连;所述的限流电阻R5另一端与分压电阻R3﹑R4的公共端相连;所述的分压电阻R3的另一端与电源正端相连,分压电阻R4的另一端与输入电源负端相连。 
可调分流基准电压源芯片U1的阴极和阳极之间正常情况下是高阻态,所以MOS管Q1的栅源极电压由分压电阻 R1﹑R2分压产生,当输入电压达到一定数值,使得MOS管Q1的栅源极电压大于其门槛电压, MOS管Q1导通,此时输入电源负端和后级电路电源负端连接在一起,此时电路正常工作。当输入电压达到一定数值,使得分压电阻R3﹑R4公共端的电压大于可调分流基准电压源芯片U1内部基准电压时,可调分流基准电压源芯片U1的阴极和阳极就会导通,该情况下相当于 MOS管Q1的栅极与输入电源负端相连,此时MOS管Q1的栅源极电压为0, MOS管Q1截止,即输入电源负端和后级电路电源负端隔断,这就实现了过压保护功能。

1.一种过压保护电路,主要用来保护设备的后级电路防止过压造成的损坏,其特征在于:包括MOS管Q1﹑可调分流基准电压源芯片U1,分压电阻R1﹑R2﹑R3﹑R4,限流电阻R5 ,其中:所述的MOS管Q1为N沟道MOS管,它的源极与输入电源负端相连,漏极与受保护的后级电路电源负端相连,栅极与分压电阻R1﹑R2的公共端相连;所述的分压电阻R1另一端与输入电源正端相连,电阻分压R2的另一端与输入电源负端相连;所述的可调分流基准电压源芯片U1,它的阴极与分压电阻R1﹑R2的公共端相连,阳极与输入电源负端相连,参考输入与限流电阻R5一端相连;所述的限流电阻R5另一端与分压电阻R3﹑R4的公共端相连;所述的分压电阻R3的另一端与电源正端相连,分压电阻R4的另一端与输入电源负端相连。
