本实用新型涉及照明灯具,尤其涉及一种适用于高等级无尘房间或车间的天花板上的平面灯的灯框结构。 
背景技术
随着社会的发展,节能环保的LED光源已开始得到广泛的应用。LED光源的应用范围很广,如装饰照明、艺术照明、电视机背光源、广告、指示标示牌等等。现已逐步进入千家万户的工作和生活的照明,其中,LED平面灯常常用于较大空间的房屋中。现有的使用于高等级无尘车间的天花板上的平面灯,发现使用久后,灰尘容易从平面灯与天花板的边缘漏出,以致影响工作环境。 
如何设计出就具有高密封性能的LED平面灯,是业界亟待解决的问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型为解决现有LED平面灯密封性能差的技术问题,提出一种能有效封住灰尘的平面灯灯框结构。 
本实用新型提供的一种平面灯灯框结构,其包括灯框型材,该灯框型材的向上侧面沿该灯框型材的长度方向设有卡槽。 
较优的,所述的卡槽可以为上部开口窄、底部大的结构。 
本实用新型在灯框的边缘沿该灯框型材的轴向开了一条卡槽,在该卡槽中设置一圈硅胶条。采用本发明灯框制作的灯具,安装后使得硅胶条与天花板挤压,以致天花板与灯具形成无缝连接,而有效地封住灰尘,保持室内环境洁净。本实用新型结构简单,加工方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型提出的一种平面灯灯框结构,其包括灯框型材1,该灯框型材1的向上侧面沿该灯框型材的长度方向设有卡槽2。该卡槽2可以设计成上部开口窄、底部大的结构。当密封条嵌入该卡槽2后,可保持牢固连接。根据防尘的要求,卡槽2的可以平行的设置多条,以提高密封效果。 
请参阅图2、图3,本实用新型制作的平面灯。该平面灯包括由灯框型材1构成的矩形灯框、带有led的导光板3。在灯框型材1的上面的边缘的卡槽2中,设置了一圈硅胶条4。将灯具安装与天花板上,可以使得硅胶条4与天花板挤压,以致天花板与灯具形成无缝连接,而有效地封住灰尘,保持室内环境洁净。本实用新型结构简单,加工方便。
