技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种石墨拉丝炉,尤其涉及一种涡流式保护气石墨拉丝炉。
背景技术
目前,光纤拉制用石墨拉丝炉包括炉体、加热线圈、石墨隔热管、石墨中套管、马弗管、延伸管、炉顶板和炉顶气盘,炉体的上、下壁对应各开有一拉丝孔,石墨隔热管穿过上、下拉丝孔设置在炉体中,石墨中套管设置在石墨隔热管中,加热线圈绕装在石墨隔热管的外壁上,马弗管一端连接在石墨中套管的下端内侧壁上,马弗管另一端伸出炉体与延伸管连接,炉顶气盘通过炉顶板设置在石墨中套管上方的炉体上,炉顶气盘内侧壁上均匀开有若干个对着炉顶气盘圆心的喷气孔;在光纤拉制的过程中,将带有石英把手的光纤预制棒吊挂到石墨拉丝炉的石墨中套管内,通过加热线圈中的交变电流使得石墨中套管的温度上升,进而加热熔融光纤预制棒;为了防止石墨拉丝炉中的石墨中套管不被氧化,在高温拉制光纤时,需要从炉顶气盘的喷气孔向炉内吹入惰性保护气体;由于喷气孔对着炉顶气盘的圆心吹气,在光纤预制棒拉丝的最后阶段,由于石英把手的直径与光纤预制棒之间直径相差较大,喷气孔吹出的惰性保护气体在沿着石英把手向下流动时,因光纤预制棒的上端面挡住了部分气体会导致炉内气流紊乱,使纤预制棒在涡流式保护气石墨拉丝炉内晃动,从而使得拉制的光纤发生波动,破坏了光纤拉丝的稳定性,影响光纤丝径的均匀性,紊乱的气流甚至会造成拉制的光纤断丝,使余下的光纤预制棒无法正常拉丝,造成原材料的浪费,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
针对以上缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能使拉制光纤丝径均匀稳定、减少生产原料浪费的涡流式保护气石墨拉丝炉。
本实用新型的技术内容为:一种涡流式保护气石墨拉丝炉,它包括炉体、加热线圈、石墨隔热管、石墨中套管、马弗管、延伸管、炉顶板和炉顶气盘,炉体的上、下壁对应各开有一拉丝孔,石墨隔热管穿过上、下拉丝孔设置在炉体中,石墨中套管设置在石墨隔热管中,加热线圈绕装在石墨隔热管的外壁上,马弗管一端连接在石墨中套管的下端内侧壁上,马弗管另一端伸出炉体与延伸管连接,炉顶气盘通过炉顶板设置在石墨中套管上方的炉体上,其特征是在炉顶气盘内侧壁上均匀开有若干斜喷气孔,斜喷气孔的倾斜角度α为20°~45°。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的具有的优点为:将炉顶气盘侧壁上的喷气孔制成为带一定倾斜角度的斜喷气孔,喷出的气体就不会直接喷向炉顶气盘圆心,而是形成涡流式气流,使得在光纤预制棒拉丝的最后阶段,通入的惰性保护气体仍能够沿着石墨中套管的内侧壁呈涡流式旋转向下运动,从而避免气流沿石英把手竖下运动时会碰到光纤预制棒上端面而造成气流紊乱,使得拉制出的光纤丝径均匀稳定,提高了拉丝的效率,减少了生产的成本。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种涡流式保护气石墨拉丝炉,它包括炉体1、加热线圈2、石墨隔热管3、石墨中套管4、马弗管5、延伸管6、炉顶板7和炉顶气盘8,炉体1的上、下壁对应各开有一拉丝孔1.1,石墨隔热管3穿过上、下拉丝孔1.1设置在炉体1中,石墨中套管4设置在石墨隔热管3中,加热线圈2绕装在石墨隔热管3的外壁上,马弗管5一端连接在石墨中套管4的下端内侧壁上,另一端伸出炉体1与延伸管6连接,炉顶气盘8通过炉顶板7设置在石墨中套管4上方的炉体1上,其特征是在炉顶气盘8内侧壁上均匀开有若干个斜喷气孔8.1,斜喷气孔8.1的倾斜角度α为30°。
