本实用新型涉及一种粉碎机用加料漏斗，属于粉碎机械的配件。
背景技术
公知的粉碎机加料漏斗通常只是一个简单的造型，包括一个投料口及一个腔体，将其与粉碎机的投料口连接即可使用。但是在需要粉碎的物料中通常会因为生产的工艺或者其他的种种原因而混入一些铁屑或者铁块，如果这些铁屑或者铁块进入到粉碎机内部，则会对粉碎机的转子和定子形成一定程度的伤害，尤其是转子在高速旋转状态下更加容易受到破坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对当前的加料漏斗无法筛分铁制品的等问题，目的在于提供一种粉碎机的加料漏斗，能够使物料在进入粉碎机前将铁制品筛分，从而起到保护粉碎机的作用。
本实用新型实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种粉碎机用加料漏斗，包括投料口，料腔，在料腔中邻近投料口的下方设置有挡板，在投料口下方的机壳外设置有磁铁框，磁铁框中安装有磁铁，磁铁框一端用合页活动连接在机壳上，另一端用压板压住，所述的压板安装在固定于机壳上的固定螺栓上；在磁铁框与机壳接触的地方设置有垫片；在投料口上还安装有一个磁铁圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的加料漏斗在投料口上及邻近投料口处的机壳外加装了磁铁，能够用磁力吸住进入漏斗的铁屑等，从而使进入粉碎机的物料中不含铁制品，起到了保护粉碎机的转子及定子的效果。

实施例1：
如图1至图3所示，粉碎机用加料漏斗，包括投料口10，料腔6，在料腔6中邻近投料口10的下方设置有挡板2，在投料口10下方的机壳外设置有磁铁框8，磁铁框8中安装有磁铁7，磁铁框8一端用合页9活动连接在机壳上，另一端用压板4压住，所述的压板4安装在固定于机壳上的固定螺栓1上；在磁铁框8与机壳接触的地方设置有垫片5；在投料口10上还安装有一个磁铁圈3。
本实用新型的工作过程为：当物料从投料口10中投入时，物料中的一部分铁屑可被投料口10处磁铁圈3的磁力吸住，物料遇到设置在料腔6中的挡板2，从而流向设置有磁铁7的料腔6附近，此时，由于磁铁7的磁力吸引，物料中含有的铁屑被磁铁7吸住并附着在磁铁7附近的机壳上，如此即可将物料中的铁屑分离，使进入粉碎机的物料中不含铁屑。

1.粉碎机用加料漏斗，包括投料口（10），料腔（6），其特征在于：在料腔（6）中邻近投料口（10）的下方设置有挡板（2），在投料口（10）下方的机壳外设置有磁铁框（8），磁铁框（8）中安装有磁铁（7），磁铁框（8）一端用合页（9）活动连接在机壳上，另一端用压板（4）压住，所述的压板（4）安装在固定于机壳上的固定螺栓（1）上；在磁铁框（8）与机壳接触的地方设置有垫片（5）；在投料口（10）上还安装有一个磁铁圈（3）。
