背景技术:
锂电池串连或者并连时,一般用冲孔平板和螺纹进行紧固连接,这种连接板与极柱之间的接触面积为环形平面,其缺点是接触面积小,导电效果不好,此外这种螺纹连接方式容易发生松动,甚至脱扣。
发明内容:
本实用新型目的是提供一种导电效果好的锂离子电池极柱间的连接板结构。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是,电池极柱间的连接板结构,包括极柱和连接板,其特征在于:所述连接板设有与所述极柱相配的筒体,此筒体底部设有螺栓过孔,此螺栓与极柱中的螺纹孔相配。所述极柱中的螺纹孔安装有防松动钢丝螺套。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有连接板与极柱接触面积大因而导电性能好且连接可靠的显著优点。

具体实施方式:
为了克服现有连接板与极柱的端面的接触方式产生的接触面积小导致导电效果不好的缺陷,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,将连接板2制成与极柱1的柱体相配的筒状,筒的下端口的一侧为平板,该平板的另一端设有另一个筒与电池的另一个极柱进行连接,上述连接板的筒的底部开有孔,螺栓4穿于上述连接板的筒底部孔与上述电池极柱体内的螺纹孔相配,此在螺栓的端头与连接板的筒底之间的螺栓上套设垫片3,通过旋紧螺栓将连接板与极柱固连为一体,这种连接结构的接触面积包括了极柱端部的环形面积和连接板的筒壁与极柱的外表面相接触的部分面积之和,因而接触面积增大,其导电性能更好。为了克服现有螺栓连接存在的螺纹因振动和螺栓与极柱的膨胀系数不同易松动的缺陷,在极柱体的螺纹孔中安装钢丝螺套,这种钢丝螺套丝扣机械强度大于铝质或铜质极柱的丝扣机械强度,同时极柱与螺栓材质不同而膨胀系数不同的问题得到解决,可提高连接的可靠性。上述钢丝螺套可以采用防松动钢丝螺套,即在此钢丝螺套的丝扣中设有一个或多个正四边形或者正六边形丝扣圈,其防松动效果更好。这种防松动钢丝螺套为市场销售产品,其专利号为ZL2011200529892。
