节流阀作用是为调节翻转机构实施翻转动作时的快慢,它实现这一功能的原理是通过调节它自身内部通径大小以控制流量的大小而达到的。

为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种结构简单合理、制作容易成本低廉、安装维护方便的新型自制节流阀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方法是:一种新型自制节流阀,包括无缝钢管,在无缝钢管上装有接头,在接头内部设有内螺纹,在接头内拧装有螺钉,在螺钉的螺纹上开二道用作节流槽的凹槽。
在螺钉外的无缝钢管内设有卡套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:以1个内六角紧定螺钉的成本,在螺钉上开2条凹槽和接头上攻牙的工费代替了1个节流阀的成本,达到了节约成本的目的,具有结构简单合理、制作容易成本低廉、安装维护方便的特点。

参见图1,一种新型自制节流阀,包括无缝钢管2,在无缝钢管2上装有接头1,在接头内部设有内螺纹,在接头1内拧装有螺钉3,在螺钉3的螺纹上开二道用作节流槽的凹槽,在螺钉3外的无缝钢管2内设有卡套。
实例1:在M10的内六角紧定螺钉的螺纹上开一个0.9mm×0.75mm的节流槽,之后在接头内部攻M10的内螺纹,再把开好节流槽的螺钉拧到接头里面去,然后在把接头装回原位做试验。试验结果表明这节流槽能很好的起到节流的作用,但翻转动作过慢。之后再经反复的试验,确定在螺钉上开2条同一规格的节流槽能达到理想的翻转效果。
本实用新型以1个内六角紧定螺钉的成本,在螺钉上开2条凹槽和接头上攻牙的工费代替了1个节流阀的成本,达到了节约成本的目的,具有结构简单合理、制作容易成本低廉、安装维护方便的特点。

1.一种新型自制节流阀,包括无缝钢管,在无缝钢管上装有接头,其特征是:在接头内部设有内螺纹,在接头内拧装有螺钉,在螺钉的螺纹上开有二道用作节流槽的凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述新型自制节流阀,其特征是:在螺钉外的无缝钢管内设有卡套。
