Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可调间隙通风罩式垂直轴风力发电装置,简单概括为包括多片与轴平行的旋转叶片(1)、一个带有间隙的通风罩(2)和一根垂直轴(3)组成,间隙通风罩(2)与垂直轴(3)平行,安放在风机的外围,与旋转叶片(1)一起固定在垂直轴(3)上。根据空气动力学原理自动调节其间隙,从而达到调节流入罩内的风量,当风力过大时,通风罩能自动缩小通风间隙,以保证进入装置的风量稳定在最佳的范围,使得风力发电机具有稳定的输出电能;具有防止异物撞击叶片而对叶片造成损伤。

本发明涉及机械电子领域,特指一种可调间隙通风罩式垂直轴风力发电装置。 
背景技术
在当前能源紧缺以及传统能源污染相对严重的社会环境下,新能源的利用已经成为社会的共识,在近几年中,新能源已经得到长足发展,在世界各地已初具规模。风能是没有任何污染的绿色能源,并且在我国西部蕴藏着丰富的风能资源,风力能源的利用是我国发展新能源重点之一。当前的风力发电机大部分结构为水平轴风力电机,此发电机的结构比较简单,因此在现实中得到了广泛的应用,但是水平轴发电机存在以下两个缺点:一,由于风速不稳定,在高风速下需要卸荷,否则对电器设备造成不良影响。二,由于旋转面与风向相对,承受风的力比较大,因此对风力发电机的支撑杆的质量要求比较高,而且风力发电机承受的力与风速几乎成正比关系,所以当风速很大时,风力发电机支撑杆晃动,有时甚至造成装置的损坏,而且增加了不安全因素。本发明开发了一种可调间隙通风罩式垂直轴风力发电装置,使风力发电的输出电能稳定,并且结构受力均匀,具有良好的稳定性,不易造成发电机的损坏。经过查询,未见相关专利发表。 
发明内容
本发明涉及一种可调间隙可调的通风罩式垂直轴风力发电装置。简单概括为:包括多片与轴平行的旋转叶片(1)、一个带有间隙的通风罩(2)和一根垂直轴(3)组成,间隙通风罩(2)与垂直轴(3)平行,安放在风机的外围,与旋转叶片(1)一起固定在垂直轴(3)上。根据空气动力学原理制造的通风罩的间隙可以自动调节来调节进入通风罩的风流量,当风力过大时,通风罩能自动缩小通风间隙,以保证进入装置的风流量稳定在最佳的范围,使得风力发电机具有稳定的输出电能。同时通风罩具有防止异物撞击叶片而对叶片造成损伤。

具体实施方式
可调间隙通风罩式垂直轴风力发电装置是包括多片与轴平行的旋转叶片(1)、一个带有间隙的通风罩(2)和一根垂直轴(3)组成,间隙通风罩(2)与垂直轴(3)平行,安放在风机的外围,与旋转叶片(1)一起固定在垂直轴(3)上。间隙通风罩与垂直轴平行,安放在风机的外围,与旋转叶片一起固定在垂直轴上。在实际工作时,通风罩根据空气动力学原理自动调节其间隙使 得流入罩内的风量相对恒定,以确保风力发电机有稳定的电能输出。

1.一种可调间隙通风罩式垂直轴风力发电装置,其特征在于,包括多片与轴平行的旋转叶片(1)、一个带有间隙的通风罩(2)和一根垂直轴(3)组成,间隙通风罩(2)与垂直轴(3)平行,安放在风机的外围,与旋转叶片(1)一起固定在垂直轴(3)上。
