本实用新型属于金刚石合成用辅助设备技术领域，特别涉及一种顶锤拆卸装置。
背景技术
目前，金刚石合成工艺是一项分工很细的生产过程，其中的主要辅助配件有顶锤和钢环，一个顶锤重约30Kg、一个钢环重约20Kg。当出现裂锤情况需要拆装钉锤时，通常是采用四柱压机把钉锤顶退出来，再配上新顶锤。由于钢环和顶锤重量合计约50Kg，重量较大，拆装时非常麻烦，一不小心就会造成人身伤害，具体缺陷是：1、结构笨重，搬运不方便，且四柱压机只能把顶锤压出，而不能快速取出钉锤，还需要人力把顶锤倒出来，浪费时间和人力，工作效率低下；2、存在安全隐患，由于钉锤和钢环较重，操作人员注意力稍不集中，即会造成顶锤伤及工人。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、安全可靠的顶锤拆卸装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种顶锤拆卸装置，包括圆环状筒体，圆环状筒体外表面均布有手柄；圆环状筒体顶面上均布设有四个楔形槽；圆环状筒体底部开设有垫板槽，垫板槽内插装有垫板。
所述垫板边沿设有插装把手。

如图1和图2所示顶锤拆卸装置，其包括圆环状筒体1，圆环状筒体1的外圆周表面上均布有四个手柄2，用于操作人员抬起圆环状筒体1及其上的钢环与钉锤，操作人员可轻松握住手柄2，以实现搬运。在圆环状筒体1的顶面上均布设有四个楔形槽5，对钉锤起到定位作用。在圆环状筒体1的底部开设有垫板槽6，垫板槽6内插装有垫板3，垫板3用于接住卸下的顶锤，垫板3可以自由插装、拆卸，使用方便。为了便于插装，在垫板3边沿设有插装把手4。
