背景技术
本实用新型做出以前,煤化工企业采用人工的方法加干粉到棒磨机内,这种方法既浪费时间,同时危险性高,而且得到的高浓度水煤浆粒度变化较大,影响了高浓度水煤浆的正常使用。 
发明内容
为了解决煤化工企业高浓度水煤浆加干粉问题,改善现有的加干粉方法,提高工作效率,保证高浓度水煤浆的正常使用,本实用新型提供一种高浓度水煤浆干粉进料装置,该高浓度水煤浆干粉进料装置结构简单,安装方便,工作效率高。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它是在干粉罐的顶部通过输气管与氮气罐相连,在干粉罐的底部安装有控制阀门,并通过柔性管段与给料槽罐相连,给料槽罐将干粉给到计量皮带上,计量皮带将干粉送到棒磨机内,其中给料槽罐安装在升降支架上,给料槽罐的顶部覆盖着滤布。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以用于任意煤化工工程项目中,作为高浓度水煤浆制浆设备使用,制浆浓度高,结构简单,安装方便,保证了高浓度水煤浆的制备效果。

在图1中,在干粉罐(1)的顶部通过输气管(2)与氮气罐(3)相连,在干粉罐(1)的底部安装有控制阀门(4),并通过柔性管段(5)与给料槽罐(6)相连,给料槽罐(6)下面是计量皮带(7),计量皮带(7)下面是棒磨机(8),其中给料槽罐(6)安装在升降支架(9)上,给料槽罐(6)的顶部覆盖着滤布(10)。
