背景技术
本实用新型做出以前，煤化工企业采用人工的方法加干粉到棒磨机内，这种方法既浪费时间，同时危险性高，而且得到的高浓度水煤浆粒度变化较大，影响了高浓度水煤浆的正常使用。 
发明内容
为了解决煤化工企业高浓度水煤浆加干粉问题，改善现有的加干粉方法，提高工作效率，保证高浓度水煤浆的正常使用，本实用新型提供一种高浓度水煤浆干粉进料装置，该高浓度水煤浆干粉进料装置结构简单，安装方便，工作效率高。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它是在干粉罐的顶部通过输气管与氮气罐相连，在干粉罐的底部安装有控制阀门，并通过柔性管段与给料槽罐相连，给料槽罐将干粉给到计量皮带上，计量皮带将干粉送到棒磨机内，其中给料槽罐安装在升降支架上，给料槽罐的顶部覆盖着滤布。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以用于任意煤化工工程项目中，作为高浓度水煤浆制浆设备使用，制浆浓度高，结构简单，安装方便，保证了高浓度水煤浆的制备效果。

在图1中，在干粉罐（1）的顶部通过输气管（2）与氮气罐（3）相连，在干粉罐（1）的底部安装有控制阀门（4），并通过柔性管段（5）与给料槽罐（6）相连，给料槽罐（6）下面是计量皮带（7），计量皮带（7）下面是棒磨机（8），其中给料槽罐（6）安装在升降支架（9）上，给料槽罐（6）的顶部覆盖着滤布（10）。
