如图1和图2所示，一种隔热片，包括一第一隔热板1和一第二隔热板2，第一隔热板1及第二隔热板2上分别设有若干突起的凸点5，该凸点5有利于防滑，并且能够更加利于隔热效果，第一隔热板1设有第一握持部11、第一延伸部12与第一弯折线13，第二隔热板2设有第二握持部21、第二延伸部22与第二弯折线23，第一弯折线13连接于第二握持部21，第二弯折线23连接于第一握持部11，第一隔热板1和第二隔热板2之间设有一切痕3，该切痕3呈S形并且将第一隔热板1和第二隔热板2分割成两个部分，第一握持部11及第二握持部21可分别沿第二弯折线23与第一弯折线13向下弯折，进而形成一杯孔4，而该杯孔4能使杯体套设其中时，让第一握持部11及第二握持部21贴附于杯体的外侧面上，由此有效的降低饮用热饮而导致被烫伤的危险性。
