有益效果：采用这样的设计，学生使用的笔筒就不会经常被碰到地面，影响课堂乃至于造成经济损失。

人们在使用时，只要将笔放入笔筒2中，推动笔筒2来滑动滑轮3移动笔筒2的位置，当移到书桌1边缘的时候挡板6会挡住笔筒2不滑落地面，在时钟5上观看时间即可。
