背景技术
市面上常见的翻板式烘干机由烘箱、活动门、进料机构和出料机构等几部分组成，进料机构包括架体、传送带、电机、进料叶轮和输送辊组件，而进料机构的架体一般为上敞口式架体，仅由底板和左右挡板组成，但由于无盖体，烘箱中的热量容易从进料机构泄漏，造成能源浪费，并且在进料过程中，物料容易冒灰或四处飞溅，造成物料浪费和环境污染，工人与粉尘直接接触，严重影响工人的身体健康。
设置烘箱箱壁上的活动门，数量一般为两或三个，单个活动门面积较大，开启活动门时，大量的热量会流失，导致烘箱内部温度不均匀。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种密封性好、热量损失小、能耗低、环保安全的翻板式烘干机。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
改进的翻板式烘干机，包括烘箱、活动门、进料机构和出料机构，进料机构包括架体、传送带、电机、进料叶轮和输送辊组件，进料机构的架体带有盖板，与左右挡板、底板组成封闭通道。
所述的活动门设置烘箱箱壁上，与烘箱滑动连接。
活动门的数量为五个。
本实用新型在进料机构的架体上增加盖板，增强了烘箱的密封性，减少了热量损失，节约了能源，并且解决了物料冒灰的问题，避免了物料浪费，改善了工作环境，以及避免工人与粉尘的直接接触，保证了工人的健康安全；增加了活动门数量，缩小单个活动门面积，有效防止大量热量的流失，可适应频繁开关的要求，保证烘箱内部温度的均匀性。

设置烘箱箱壁上的活动门2与烘箱1滑动连接，活动门2的数量由以往设计的三个增加到五个，缩小了单个活动门2的面积，有效防止大量热量的流失，可适应频繁开关的要求，保证烘箱内部温度的均匀性。
