外壳(1)底部内壁安有电动机(2)、中部安有齿轮箱(13)、上部安有槽夹板(14)。 
齿轮箱装置(13)由齿轮(3、4、5、6)组成。 
按摩头(11)上安有限位滑杆轴(12)。 
拨杆(8)一端固定在齿轮轴(7)上部，拨杆(8)另一端安有拨杆限位钉(9)。 
连杆(10)一端连在拨杆限位钉(9)上，另一端连在限位滑杆轴(12)上。 
槽夹板(14)中间有限位孔(15)。 
工作原理：由电动机(2)带动齿轮(3、4、5、6)和齿轮轴(7)。拨杆(8)转动时，拨杆限位钉(9)拨动连杆(10)，从而连杆(10)推动限位滑杆轴(12)使按摩头(11)顺着限位孔(15)运动的同时，按摩头(11)即对人体部位进行按摩，拨杆(8)转动一周，按摩头即对人体往返按摩一次。电动机(2)继续运转而重复上述动作。
