一种直插式管件，包括本体，本体两端设置有接口，接口的末端紧密连接有外壳，接口内部套接有底盖和多齿卡圈，底盖与接口的顶端相连，底盖上设置有法兰面，外壳的内部套接有导向芯，多齿卡圈通过导向芯紧压在底盖的法兰面上；
