Abstract

本实用新型提供的是涡流增速风力发电机。锥形聚风罩内设有凸起的涡线,在锥形聚风罩的锥端安装有涡轮和发电机,在锥形聚风罩的尾部通过尾翼杆连接有尾翼,在锥形聚风罩的下部连接有塔架。本实用新型利用锥形聚风罩内设的涡线作用产生旋转气流,旋转气流能够提高蜗轮的旋转速度,因而提高蜗轮转速和发电量,改善工作性能。适宜作为小型风力发电机应用。

本实用新型提供的是风力发电设备,具体地说是涡流增速风力发电机。 
 背景技术
目前,有通过聚风罩聚风发电的风力发电机应用,但是由于聚风罩内壁为平滑表面,有一部分风直接通过蜗轮,不产生加速旋转的作用。 
 发明内容
为了提高蜗轮的旋转速度和改善工作性能,本实用新型提供了涡流增速风力发电机。该风力发电机通过在聚风罩内壁设置凸起的涡线,提高蜗轮转速。解决蜗轮与发电机转速和改善工作性能与提高功效的技术问题。 
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
锥形聚风罩内设有凸起的涡线,在锥形聚风罩的锥端安装有涡轮和发电机,在锥形聚风罩的尾部通过尾翼杆连接有尾翼,在锥形聚风罩的下部连接有塔架。
积极效果,本实用新型利用锥形聚风罩内设的涡线作用产生旋转气流,旋转气流能够提高蜗轮的旋转速度,因而提高蜗轮转速和发电量,改善工作性能。适宜作为小型风力发电机应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,锥形聚风罩1内设有凸起的涡线1.1,在锥形聚风罩的锥端安装有涡轮2和发电机3,在锥形聚风罩的尾部通过尾翼杆4连接有尾翼4.1,在锥形聚风罩的下部连接有塔架5。 
本实用新型的优点:
由于本实用新型在锥形聚风罩内设有凸起的涡线,风经过涡线产生旋转涡流,增加了风速,当旋转涡流作用到蜗轮上时,能够提高蜗轮的旋转速度,从而增加单位面积风力的发电量,因而提高转换效率。

1.涡流增速风力发电机,其特征是:锥形聚风罩(1)内设有凸起的涡线(1.1),在锥形聚风罩的锥端安装有涡轮(2)和发电机(3),在锥形聚风罩的尾部通过尾翼杆(4)连接有尾翼(4.1),在锥形聚风罩的下部连接有塔架(5)。
