一种防盗门用暗铰链，暗铰链设有转轴，转轴与门框中的铰链座相连，其特征在于：所述的暗铰链包括：门框相连段和与门扇相连段，门框相连段由钢板折弯呈“∩”形，门框相连段一端与转轴套相连，门框相连段另一端通过紧固件与门扇相连段固定，两段铰链间设有调节孔。由于门框相连段由钢板折弯呈“∩”形，使得本实用新型的防盗门用暗铰链可160度打开，方便了防盗门的使用。由于暗铰链的两段铰链间设有调节孔，其可通过调整紧固件在调节孔中的位置对铰链宽度进行调整，使得暗铰链具有更好的适用性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防盗门用暗铰链。
背景技术
目前，各种防盗门用暗铰链结构众多。如中国专利200620141724.9号提出了一种“防盗门用暗铰链”。在该技术方案中，防盗门用暗铰链的铰链体两端设有两转轴，一转轴与门框中的铰链座相连，另一转轴与门扇连接片相连。防盗门用暗铰链设有转动控制机构，转动控制机构包括：设于门扇连接片中的转轴设有轴套，轴套中设有弹簧，弹簧的一端定位在铰链体或与铰链体固定的轴套上，弹簧的另一端定位在与转轴相固定的盖帽上，盖帽上设有长出盖帽的插销；铰链体包括：门框相连段和与门扇相连段，紧固件将两段铰链体固定。但上述防盗门用暗铰链存在以下不足：由于上述防盗门用暗铰链结构复杂，制造成本高，且上述暗铰链不能对宽度进行调整。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种结构简单、工作可靠、单转轴即可打开160度，可对宽度进行调整的防盗门用暗铰链。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种防盗门用暗铰链，暗铰链设有转轴，转轴与门框中的铰链座相连，其特征在于：所述的暗铰链包括：门框相连段和与门扇相连段，门框相连段由钢板折弯呈“∩”形，门框相连段一端与转轴套相连，门框相连段另一端通过紧固件与门扇相连段固定，两段铰链间设有调节孔，单转轴打开角度为0–160度。
本实用新型的优点在于：由于门框相连段由钢板折弯呈“∩”形，使得本实用新型的防盗门用暗铰链可160度打开，方便了防盗门的使用。由于暗铰链的两段铰链间设有调节孔，其可通过调整紧固件在调节孔中的位置对铰链宽度进行调整，使得暗铰链具有更好的适用性。
在本实用新型中，所述的暗铰链还包括设于门扇中与铰链门扇相连段相配合的定位块。

具体实施方式：
图1、图2给出了本实用新型的实施例1。在本实施例中，防盗门用暗铰链设有转轴1，转轴与门框中的铰链座相连。暗铰链包括：门框相连段2和与门扇相连段3，门框相连段2由钢板折弯呈“∩”形，门框相连段一端与转轴套相连，门框相连段另一端通过紧固件4与门扇相连段固定，两段铰链间设有调节孔5。单转轴打开角度为0–160度。暗铰链还包括设于门扇中与铰链门扇相连段相配合的定位块6。在本实施例中，“∩”形门框相连段2的两段平行边通过直线段相连。
由于门框相连段由钢板折弯呈“∩”形，使得防盗门用暗铰链可160度打开，方便防盗门的使用。由于暗铰链的两段铰链间设有调节孔，其可通过调整紧固件在调节孔中的位置对铰链宽度进行调整，使得暗铰链具有更好的适用性。
图3、图4给出了本实用新型的实施例2。在本实施例中，“∩”形门框相连段2的两段平行边通过弧形段相连。其余与实施例1相同。其同样能实现防盗门用暗铰链160度打开，方便防盗门的使用。
以上实施例仅是本实用新型的个案，任何根据本实用新型精神所作的替换均应理解为未脱离本实用新型的保护范围。

1. 一种防盗门用暗铰链，暗铰链设有转轴，转轴与门框中的铰链座相连，其特征在于：所述的暗铰链包括：门框相连段和与门扇相连段，门框相连段由钢板折弯呈“∩”形，门框相连段一端与转轴套相连，门框相连段另一端通过紧固件与门扇相连段固定，两段铰链间设有调节孔，单转轴打开角度为0–160度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防盗门用暗铰链，其特征在于：所述的暗铰链还包括设于门扇中与铰链门扇相连段相配合的定位块。
