背景技术:
海水淡化是解决海岛饮水问题的重要手段,利用RO膜反渗透技术取得淡水的设计方案已有多种,较普遍存在的问题是设备复杂而效率较低。
孙振桂等同志发明了长效直饮水设备,专利号ZL201220094253.6,其特征是,净水储水箱的进排气阀顶面中心有一个气孔,其底面有一个中心孔,中心孔旁边有一个气孔;进排气阀有一个橡胶堵头和一个浮子,橡胶堵头与浮子通过连杆连接,该连杆穿过底面的中心孔并且可以在其中上下滑动;当净水储水箱进水时,其中的空气经过底面的气孔进入进排气阀中,然后沿进排气阀内壁与橡胶堵头之间的缝隙进入橡胶堵头上面,最后从进排气阀顶端的气孔排出;当净水达到一定高度时,浮子顶动与其相连的橡胶堵头顶住顶端的气孔,则净水储水箱不再进水。
发明内容:
本发明吸取了多家设备的优点,特别是吸取了ZL201220094253.6的长效直饮水设备的净水储水箱进排气阀技术,设计了一种简单高效的海水淡化直饮水设备。
海水淡化直饮水设备,其特征是,有拦污栅、沉淀池、初滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透膜过滤器、水泵、淡化直饮水储水箱构成;水泵提供水流动力;海水经过拦污栅依次进入沉淀池、初滤器、活性炭过滤器,再经过反渗透膜过滤器制成淡化直饮水,然后进入淡化直饮水储水箱。

具体实施方式:
如附图所示,拦污栅1位于海中,海水经过拦污栅1清除大块的垃圾等杂物进入沉淀池3,沉淀池3底部有一个排污水泵2,开启排污水泵2可以排放沉淀池3中的污泥等杂物。
沉淀池3中经过沉淀的海水在高压水泵7的作用下依次进入初滤器5和活性炭过滤器6,再经过反渗透膜过滤器8、9、10制成淡化直饮水,然后进入淡化直饮水储水箱13。
反渗透膜过滤器8、9、10的进水管右端有一个高压单向阀11,当水泵提供的水流压力达到设计标准时,高压单向阀11会打开,浓海水经高压单向阀11排出。
当海水淡化直饮水设备需要清洗时,打开初滤器5下部的排污开关4,令高压水泵7反转,则淡化直饮水储水箱12中的水反向依次冲洗反渗透膜过滤器8、9、10,活性炭过滤器6,初滤器5,反冲洗水经初滤器5下部的排污开关4排出。
淡化直饮水储水箱12上的进排气阀13,系采用ZL201220094253.6的长效直饮水设备的净水储水箱进排气阀技术,此不赘叙。
