背景技术
为了便于运输，防止产品在运输过程中产生晃动而损坏，产品在包装时大都需要在包装箱内部增设能够对产品起固定作用的部件，尤其是在包装贵重物品或易碎物品时，包装箱内部结构的设计显得尤为重要。目前包装箱的内部结构一般是采用泡沫材料制成，在泡沫上加工出与被包装产品轮廓相匹配的型腔以达到固定产品的目的。采用这种包装结构因泡沫材料加工方便而得到广泛应用，但对于外部结构比较复杂的产品来说，加工泡沫型腔就比较困难，且泡沫使用量大，制造成本高，同时泡沫不能回收利用，对环境污染大。

为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种制造简单，使用成本低的产品包装箱内部结构。
一种产品包装箱内部结构，包括横向支撑板及与横向支撑板相连的纵向支撑板，所述横向支撑板两端设置有端部支撑板，在横向支撑板两侧分布有若干横向板条，在纵向支撑板两侧分布有若干纵向板条，所述横向板条与纵向板条连接成井架结构。
所述横向板条为四块对称分布在横向支撑板两侧，且靠近横向支撑板的横向板条与端部支撑板相连。
所述纵向板条为八块对称分布在纵向支撑板两侧。
所述横向支撑板、纵向支撑板、横向板条、纵向板条及端部支撑板均采用纸板制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过采用若干块纸板相互连接成井架结构，在使用时，可直接根据产品不同形状在井架结构内相应增减纸板和调节纸板高度。对产品具有良好的支撑、固定和保护功能，对于形状结构复杂的产品包装造价便宜，可随意组合和拆卸。本实用新型结构简单，制造方便，成本低，通用性强，可在产品包装技术领域广泛推广应用。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型所述的一种产品包装箱内部结构，包括横向支撑板1及与横向支撑板1相连的纵向支撑板3，所述横向支撑板1两端设置有端部支撑板5，在横向支撑板1两侧分布有若干横向板条2，在纵向支撑板3两侧分布有若干纵向板条4，所述横向板条2与纵向板条4连接成井架结构。
所述横向板条2为四块对称分布在横向支撑板1两侧，且靠近横向支撑板1的横向板条2与端部支撑板5相连。
所述纵向板条4为八块对称分布在纵向支撑板3两侧。
所述横向支撑板1、纵向支撑板3、横向板条2、纵向板条4及端部支撑板5均采用纸板制成。
本实用新型制作时，只需对纸板进行切割成所需尺寸，然后进行开口连接即可。如图2所示，将纵向支撑板3下端进行开口，使开口与横向板条2相配合，同样在横向板条2上开设与纵向板条4相配合的开口，使横向板条2与纵向板条4连接成井架结构。使用时，将待包装产品放到井架结构内即可，井架结构可根据产品形状的不同相应的增减纸板和调节高度，制造简单，成本低廉，使用方便，采用该包装结构对产品具有很好的支撑、固定和保护功能，并且可随意组合和拆卸，对于结构复杂的产品包装造价便宜，通用性强。

1.一种产品包装箱内部结构，包括横向支撑板（1）及与横向支撑板（1）相连的纵向支撑板（3），其特征在于：所述横向支撑板（1）两端设置有端部支撑板（5），在横向支撑板（1）两侧分布有若干横向板条（2），在纵向支撑板（3）两侧分布有若干纵向板条（4），所述横向板条（2）与纵向板条（4）连接成井架结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种产品包装箱内部结构，其特征在于：所述横向板条（2）为四块对称分布在横向支撑板（1）两侧，且靠近横向支撑板（1）的横向板条（2）与端部支撑板（5）相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种产品包装箱内部结构，其特征在于：所述纵向板条（4）为八块对称分布在纵向支撑板（3）两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种产品包装箱内部结构，其特征在于：所述横向支撑板（1）、纵向支撑板（3）、横向板条（2）、纵向板条（4）及端部支撑板（5）均采用纸板制成。
