    众所周知，笔盖都不具备不离笔的功能，在写字时或者因为其他原因笔盖总是会很容易掉，给我们带来了极大地不便。人们对此也曾做出过很多努力，也曾设计过很多优秀的技术方案，如2011年5月18日中国专利局公告的由郭樱英申报的，授权公告号为CN201833707U，专利号为201020593828.X的实用新型专利名称是《笔盖不离笔装置》的实用新型专利，但是此实用新型专利是将笔盖和笔之间通过弹簧连接在一起，结构较复杂，且使用起来极为不便，妨碍写字。
（三）        发明内容
    本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、实用方便、避免笔盖脱离笔体的笔。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的： 
一种笔，包括笔体和笔盖，其特征是：所述笔体上方设置有下磁铁，笔盖内部设置有上磁铁，上磁铁的N极朝上、下磁铁的S极朝下或上磁铁的S极朝上、下磁铁的N极朝下放置。
