本实用新型涉及一种包装盒透明塑料天窗片模切装置，尤其涉及该包装盒透明塑料天窗片模切装置的结构。
背景技术
带透明塑料天窗的包装盒市场上很多，由于透明塑料天窗片多为容易划伤的PVC或者PET片材，所以其中塑料天窗片的模切一般都是在自动线上简单的裁断，成规则的方形；或者采用平张模切的方式，虽然可以获得多种异形，但是不能上自动线来贴盒，容易划伤且成本很高。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题：是提供了一种模切压线U形底模条装置，旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本实用新型包括：一吸气滚筒；在所述吸气滚筒表面上遍布有直径0.5mm间距3mm的吸气孔。一模切滚筒；在所述模切滚筒表面装有曲面模切刀模具。
和现有技术相比，本实用新型能实现的有益效果是：能解决透明塑料天窗片的异型模切问题，在做异型模切同时还能适合自动化生产。
本装置采用吸气滚筒和模切滚筒结合工作。由吸气滚筒固定透明塑料天窗片，和模切滚筒做贴近滚切，并由吸气滚筒旋转到工作位置将透明塑料天窗片和盒面贴合。这样既可以模切出异型的天窗片，同时也能在自动线上实现连续的生产并且少了运输搬动，划伤也会减少。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：
由图1可见：本实用新型包括：一吸气滚筒A；在所述的吸气滚筒A表面布有吸气孔H，吸气孔H直径0.5mm，间距为3mm；一模切滚筒B；在所述的模切滚筒B上有弧面模切刀模2。所述滚筒A和滚筒B间距可调。
由图2可见：透明塑料片P在吸气滚筒A和模切滚筒B的交界处被所述的弧面刀模2模切，模切成异型透明塑料天窗片P1和模切边料P2；
异型透明塑料天窗片P1被吸附在吸气滚筒A表面上，到工作位置D和盒片贴合；
模切边料P2沿着模切滚筒B的表面离开工作装置。
吸气滚筒A和模切滚筒B不断旋转，塑料片始终在贴附在滚筒表面上没有相对摩擦，减少了划伤的发生。

1.一种包装盒透明塑料天窗片模切装置，包括：一吸气滚筒，在所述吸气滚筒表面上遍布有直径0.5mm间距3mm的吸气孔；一模切滚筒，在所述模切滚筒表面装有曲面模切刀模具。
