本实用新型涉及包装纸生产加工设备技术领域，具体是包装纸辊痕装置。 
背景技术：
包装纸是指用于包装各种商品物资的纸张。为适应金属仪器及工具的防锈需要，发展了防锈纸。纸板中绝大部分也是供商品包装用的，主要用于制造纸箱、纸盒和包装衬垫。在加工一些瓦楞包装纸的的过程中，需要对加工的纸板进行压痕，现有技术中的纸板压痕或者辊痕装置中，压片或者压轮与滚筒之间的距离不能调节，或者调节不方便，在生产不同厚度的瓦楞包装纸时压痕就很不方便，另外在辊痕的过程中，纸张在滚筒上经过时，有的不能紧贴滚筒，纸张容易产生晃动，导致压痕或者辊痕的效果较差，辊痕的痕迹不够整齐均匀。 
实用新型内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便，压片或者压轮与滚筒之间的距离可以调节，辊痕的痕迹整齐均匀的包装纸辊痕装置。 
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现： 
包装纸辊痕装置，其特征在于：包括支架，设置在支架上部中间位置的滚筒，设置在支架上且位于滚筒上方的压痕机构，以及设置在支架上位于滚筒一侧的挡板机构；所述的压痕机构包括设置在支架上的固定板，设置在固定板上的压片，所述的固定板上设有长孔，所述的压片通过紧固件和长孔与固定板连接。 
所述的挡板机构包括与支架连接的转轴，固定在转轴上的挡板。 
所述的压片、滚筒和挡板均为不锈钢材料。 
所述的挡板的端部与滚筒之间的距离为5～15mm。  
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型设计合理，结构简单，使用方便，压片或者压轮与滚筒之间的距离可以调节，纸张不容易产生晃动，辊痕的痕迹整齐均匀。

如图1所示，包装纸辊痕装置，包括支架1，设置在支架1上部中间位置的滚筒2，设置在支架1上且位于滚筒2上方的压痕机构3，以及设置在支架1上位于滚筒2一侧的挡板机构4；压痕机构3包括设置在支架1上的固定板31，设置在固定板31上的压片32，固定板31上设有长孔33，压片32通过紧固件34和长孔33与固定板31连接。挡板机构4包括与支架1连接的转轴41，固定在转轴41上的挡板42。压片32、滚筒2和挡板42均为不锈钢材料。挡板42的端部与滚筒2之间的距离为10mm。 
本实用新型是通过紧固件34和长孔33来进行调节压片32与滚筒2之间的距离，通过挡板机构4来控制纸张能够紧贴滚筒，使纸张不会产生混动，辊痕的痕迹整齐均匀。

2.根据权利要求1所述的包装纸辊痕装置，其特征在于：所述的挡板机构包括与支架连接的转轴，固定在转轴上的挡板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装纸辊痕装置，其特征在于：所述的压片、滚筒和挡板均为不锈钢材料。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的包装纸辊痕装置，其特征在于：所述的挡板的端部与滚筒之间的距离为5～15mm。
