Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种污粪混合搅拌器，包括动力部分、传动装置、减速器、搅拌刀片、自动润滑装置、油管、油杯。动力部分通过传动装置为减速器输入轴提供动力，搅拌刀片安装在减速器输出轴上，搅拌刀片转动使混合搅拌池内的污粪搅拌均匀。油杯安放在传动装置上，油管连接油杯及自动润滑装置，自动润滑装置可实现减速器的自动润滑，从而降低减速器的故障发生率。

本实用新型涉及污粪搅拌装置领域，具体涉及的是一种污粪混合搅拌器。
背景技术
我国畜牧业自21世纪初步入规模化、集约化的进程，规模奶牛养殖场存栏量少则一千头，多则上万头。在牧场扩张的同时，也有很多问题，其中与环保密切相关的污粪处理问题最为突出。因为这不仅关系到牧场场内和场外的环境卫生问题，还影响着牧场的可持续发展，资源的有效利用。
目前牧场场区内污粪的输送方式主要有：人工输送、罐车输送两种主要方式。人工输送存在运行成本高的缺点，且稠状的污粪对沿途“跑、漏、滴”的污染非常严重，给整个场区的防疫造成极大的隐患。封闭罐车解决了沿途污染的问题，但其耗油大，日常运行成本高，且容积有限，只适合小型牧场。因此需要对污粪进行固液分离，然后再进行处理。为使污粪更好的进行固液分离，通入固液分离器前需对污粪进行搅拌，使其均匀进入固液分离器，以达到更好的分离效果。目前的搅拌器功率较小，且需要整体浸泡在污粪中，不便于维护和保养，使用寿命较短。
发明内容
为了克服传统搅拌器技术的缺陷，提高搅拌器的使用寿命，使水泵便于维护和保养。本实用新型提供一种污粪混合搅拌器，只需要搅拌器部分浸泡在污粪中，动力部分完全处于污粪外，避免了整体浸泡在水中；本搅拌器可实现减速器的自动润滑，油杯处于液面以上，便于观看，从而更方便维护和保养
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供以下技术方案：
一种污粪混合搅拌器，用于对池内的污粪进行混合搅拌，该混合搅拌器包括动力装置，传动装置，减速器，搅拌刀片，自动润滑装置，油管，油杯，所述动力装置安装在传动装置上方，减速器安装在传动装置下方，搅拌刀片安装在减速器输出轴上，所述油杯固定于传动装置上端，所述自动润滑装置固定于传动装置下端，所述油管连接自动润滑装置和油杯。动力部分通过传动装置为减速器输入轴提供动力。
本实用新型所带来的有益效果是：混合搅拌器的动力部分完全位于污粪液面以上，从而更方便维护与保养以降低混合搅拌器的故障发生率；混合搅拌器的自动润滑装置可实现混合搅拌器的的自动润滑，使润滑更方便；混合搅拌器的油杯完全位于污粪液面以上，使油杯油位可直接可视，显示更直观可靠。

请参见图1至图2，一种污粪混合搅拌器，应用污粪均匀的搅拌，其包括动力装置1，传动装置2，减速器3，搅拌刀片4，自动润滑装置5，油管6，油杯7，所述动力装置1安装在传动装置2上方，减速器3安装在传动装置2下方，搅拌刀片4安装在减速器3输出轴上，所述油杯7固定于传动装置2上端，所述自动润滑装置5固定于传动装置2下端，所述油管6连接自动润滑装置5和油杯7。
本实用新型只需要搅拌器部分浸泡在污粪中，动力部分完全处于污粪外，避免了整体浸泡在水中；本搅拌器可实现减速器的自动润滑，油杯处于液面以上，便于观看，从而更方便维护和保养。
