本实用新型涉及一种鼻咽部检查与手术的器械。 
背景技术
鼻咽部位置隐蔽，又由于咽部反射敏感，软腭过长等因素，临床进行间接鼻咽镜检查时往往失败，导致漏诊。目前，在直视下进行鼻咽部手术时，通常采用将导尿管或静点管从鼻腔插入，经鼻咽部从口腔引出，系于门齿前方，使鼻咽部间隙增大，便于暴露术区。其缺点是对上唇和软腭造成勒痕，患者不适，同时也不能有效拉起悬雍垂，术野暴露不充分。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的鼻咽喉检查与手术过程中的不足，本实用新型提供一种软腭拉钩。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案： 
拉钩是一个带有滑动杆的耙型体，滑动固定架套在拉钩的滑动杆上，滑动固定架的底侧部有与拉钩滑动杆固定的螺栓。 
使用本实用新型的有益效果是：能够充分拉起软腭并固定软腭，鼻咽部的隐蔽部位暴露充分，对局部组织无损伤。

具体实施方式
拉钩1是一个带有滑动杆的耙型体，滑动固定架2套在拉钩1的滑动杆上，滑动固定架的底侧部有与拉钩滑动杆固定的螺栓3. 
使用时将拉钩经口腔放入软腭后方的适当位置，拉起软腭时充分暴漏鼻咽部，将滑动固定架置于前鼻孔下方上唇适当部位，然后紧固螺栓锁紧固定架，随后即可进行鼻咽部的检查与手术。

1.软腭拉钩，是由拉钩，滑动固定架，固定螺栓组成，其特征在于：拉钩(1)是一个带有滑动杆的耙型体，滑动固定架(2)套在拉钩(1)的滑动杆上，滑动固定架(2)的底侧部有与拉钩(1)滑动杆固定的螺栓(3)。
