本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：整体由椅腿、坐板、背靠和扶手构成，椅腿制成圆弧形状，其凸部与地面接触，设置前后两条，平行安装，坐板的前后端分别支撑在前后椅腿的上方，背靠的下端与坐板的后端固定连接，且向后倾斜，左右两根扶手平行设置，其前端支撑在前面的椅腿上，后端与背靠固定连接。由于椅腿制成圆弧形状，与地面接触不平稳，人们坐在椅子上时可向左右方向摇晃滚动，达到了增加舒适感的目的。
