本实用新型解决问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括帽子、帽檐、压圈，在帽子孔边设有翻边，帽檐为椭圆板设有偏心圆孔，帽檐偏心圆孔装在帽子的翻边上，压圈套入帽子上压住帽檐。这种组合偏心帽，当变换帽子偏心时，只需将帽檐转动即可，不需动帽子，使用就方便。因帽檐可拆还能折叠携带更方便，从而达到本实用新型使用和携带方便的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是，使用和携带方便，还有遮阳效果好。

在图1.2所示的实施例中，在帽子1开孔边上设有一圈2公分宽翻边。帽檐3是一块可对折的椭圆板内设有一个偏心圆孔，帽檐3偏心圆孔装在帽子1的翻边上，压圈2装在帽子1上固定并压住帽檐3。这种组合偏心帽，帽檐3沿帽子1圆可以方便旋转调整帽檐3偏心度，达到最大遮阳效果。携带时将帽檐3拆掉对折叠，使用和携带很方便。
