本实用新型公开了一种带有滤波功能的DC连接线，其包括有DCPLUG头、滤波电容以及线材，DCPLUG头包括有金属外管、胶芯、金属插针，金属插针插入胶芯内；金属外管套在胶芯外；金属外管及金属插针分别与线材中一极导线焊接为一体；所述的金属外管及金属插针还分别与滤波电容的一个引脚电性连接。本实用新型的结构简单，设计合理，将滤波功能从电源适配器外移至DCPLUG头上，使DC连接线本身即带有电源滤波功能，可大大简化电源适配器内部的电路排版结构，同时有效降低生产成本。

 技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种电源连接线,具体的说是一种带滤波功能的DC连接线. 
背景技术
    DC连接线应用广泛,多数的数码、电子产品需要使用到直流电,才能正常工作,故而很多电器产品的DC连接线会与一个电源适配器连接配合.
    电源适配器在将交流电转换为直流电的同时,为降低交流脉动波纹系数提升高效平滑直流的输出,一般会在电源适配器当中设置有滤波电路,而滤波电路一般均是直接设计在适配器的电路板上.这不但增加了适配器中电路板的电路复杂性，增加了设计和加工难度，同时也大大增加了生产成本。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带有滤波功能的DC连接线。
    为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用下述结构：一种带有滤波功能的DC连接线，其包括有DC PLUG头、滤波电容以及线材，DC PLUG头包括有金属外管、胶芯、金属PIN针，金属PIN针插入胶芯内； 金属外管套在胶芯外；金属外管及金属PIN针分别与线材中ZH正负极导线焊接为一体；所述的金属外管及金属PIN针还分别与滤波电容的一个引脚电性连接。
    本实用新型的结构简单，设计合理，将滤波功能从电源适配器外移至DC PLUG头上，使DC连接线本身即带有电源滤波功能，可大大简化电源适配器内部的电路排版结构，同时有效降低生产成本。

一种带有滤波功能的DC连接线，其包括有DC PULG头2、滤波电容5以及线材1，DC PULG头2包括有金属外管3、胶芯6、金属PIN针4，金属PIN针4插入胶芯6内； 金属外管3套在胶芯6外；金属外管3及金属PIN针4分别与线材1中一极导线焊接为一体；所述的金属外管3及金属插针4还分别与滤波电容5的一个引脚电性连接。
