本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点是：使用时刷入磁卡或在卡槽中刷入IC卡，32位ARM9处理器处理数据经液晶显示屏显示，通过自带密码键盘对磁卡或IC卡数据进行操作处理并记录，然后可以通过高速针式打印机或外接接口和台式POS机进行数据交流。
