背景技术
目前,农村供水由于居住分散,铺设自来水系统成本高、投资大,所以在较不发达地区的农村多是一家一户打井,用手动或电动水泵供水,即便是电动水泵供水,如果不修建蓄水设备,频繁的开关水泵也十分不方便,并修建蓄水装置占地大,投资多,并且在寒冷气候中,易结冰,不便于使用。

为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提出一种家用自动节能防冻供水箱。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种家用自动节能防冻供水箱,其特征是:压力继电器(4)通过水管(2)前段连接单向阀(3),单向阀(3)前端与单向压力水泵(1)连接,压力继电器(4)的后端通过水管(2)与蓄能保温水箱(6)连接,蓄能水箱(6)后端通过水管(2)与手动阀门(7)连接,其中蓄能保温水箱(6)由保温外壳(9)和不锈钢内壁(10)组成。 
一种家用自动节能防冻供水箱中的蓄能保温水箱由保温外壳、不锈钢内壁组成,当带有压力的水流入蓄能保温水箱内,蓄能保温水箱中原有的空气被压缩,当压力到达一定数值时,压力继电器自动断电,水管上因为安有单向阀,因此水不能反向流动,打开手动阀门,蓄能保温水箱的蓄水在压缩空气的作用下,被压入到水管,蓄能保温水箱内的压力逐渐降低,当压力低于设定数值时,压力继电器再次启动,接通单向压力水泵,水被重新泵入蓄能保温水箱,从而保证了供水的连续性,因蓄能保温水箱带有保温层,因此,水箱内的水不易结冰,而蓄能保温水箱内带有不锈钢内壁,因此保证了蓄能保温水箱长期使用不易生 锈。

具体实施方式
动力电通过压力继电器(4)将电源接通至单向压力水泵(1),单向压力水泵(1)将水通过过滤网(8)吸入单向压力水泵(1),单向压力水泵(1)通过水管(2)将水泵入蓄能保温水箱(6),随着蓄能保温水箱(6)内的蓄水(12)逐渐增多,蓄能保温水箱(6)中的压缩空气(13)被逐渐压缩,当蓄能保温水箱(6)内的压力达到一定数值时,压力继电器(4)自动断电,水管上安装的单向阀(3)控制水只能单向流入蓄能保温水箱(6)而不会产生倒流,打开手动阀门(7),蓄能保温水箱(6)中的蓄水(12)在压缩空气(13)的作用下,被压入到水管(2),水流出,水流出后,蓄能保温水箱(6)内的压力逐渐降低,当压力低于设置数值时,压力继电器(4)再次启动,将动力电接通至单向压力水泵(1),水再次被泵入到蓄能保温水箱(6)中,如此往复循环,完成了连续供水的工作,蓄能保温水箱(6)中的保温外壳(9)保证了箱内蓄水(12)不易结冰,蓄能保温水箱(6)内的不锈钢内壁(10),保证了蓄能保温水箱(6)长期使用,不易生锈,压力表(5)用于监控水压。

1.一种家用自动节能防冻供水箱,其特征是压力继电器(4)通过水管(2)前段连接单向阀(3),单向阀(3)前端与单向压力水泵(1)连接,压力继电器(4)的后端通过水管(2)与蓄能保温水箱(6)连接,蓄能水箱(6)后端通过水管(2)与手动阀门(7)连接。
