背景技术
染色机用于羊毛衫、腈纶和棉毛衫等成衣的染色、漂白、煮炼和水洗等工艺，也可以用于手套、袜子、毛巾等成品的漂染处理，是一种适应范围广泛的成品之理想的漂染设备。目前染色机的自动控制系统存在系统的稳定性差、人为主观因素大、成品率低、产品质量差、系统运行和维护的成本高的问题，给企业生产带来了很大的不便。 
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足，本实用新型目的是在于提供一种面料染色机，结构简单，控制方便精确，成品率高，产品质量好，系统运行稳定，维护成本低。 
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现：一种面料染色机，包括染色池、盖子、自动配料器、加料器、PLC控制器和自动供热装置，染色池顶部设置有盖子，染色池内部设置有自动供热装置，自动供热装置与PLC控制器相连，PLC控制器与自动配料器相连，自动配料器通过加料器与染色池相连。 
其中，所述的自动供热装置上设置有温度传感器。 
其中，所述的染色池内还设置有可正反转的桨叶，用来搅拌染色池，使其能够充分染色。 
本实用新型结构简单，控制方便精确，成品率高，产品质量好，系统运行 稳定，维护成本低。

如图1所示，本面料染色机，包括染色池1、盖子2、自动配料器3、加料器4、PLC控制器5和自动供热装置6，染色池1顶部设置有盖子3，染色池1内部设置有自动供热装置6，自动供热装置6与PLC控制器5相连，PLC控制器5与自动配料器3相连，自动配料器3通过加料器4与染色池1相连。 
如图1所示，所述的自动供热装置6上设置有温度传感器。 
本具体实施方式的染色池1内还设置有可正反转的桨叶，用来搅拌染色池1，使其能够充分染色。 
本具体实施方式结构简单，控制方便精确，成品率高，产品质量好，系统运行稳定，维护成本低。

1.一种面料染色机，其特征在于，包括染色池(1)、盖子(2)、自动配料器(3)、加料器(4)、PLC控制器(5)和自动供热装置(6)，染色池(1)顶部设置有盖子(3)，染色池(1)内部设置有自动供热装置(6)，自动供热装置(6)与PLC控制器(5)相连，PLC控制器(5)与自动配料器(3)相连，自动配料器(3)通过加料器(4)与染色池(1)相连。
