目前在畜禽养殖粪便与农业秸秆处理能源综合利用方面建设项目比较多且在全国全面开花，每年的建设能力达到5-10万立方。项目施工过程中由于受到环境的影响需要对厌氧发酵系统(主旨：厌氧发酵罐)进行实时保温工作，目前国内同行业中应用的保温方法是罐外保温；进行保温的目的是厌氧发酵过程中罐内微生物需要在水温35度情况下才能达到产生沼气的能量，因此在给罐内利用锅炉进行增温的过程中罐体会受到环境的影响以及气温变化而发生温度下降，需要对罐体进行保温处理。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的缺点，本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种实用的厌氧发酵罐，具有优异的保温性能和防火性能，实现防水保温一体化，稳定性优良，自粘结力强，隔音性能好，不会发生霉变、寄养寄生虫，适用范围广，使用寿命长。
