本实用新型公开了一种挤水钳子，目的在于提供一种适合蔬菜焯水水后制作凉拌菜的挤水的钳子。本实用新型所采取的技术方案是在钳子前端设置漏勺和挤压片。 
本实用新型公开的一种挤水钳子，包括钳子本体、漏勺和挤压片，钳子本体前端分别设有漏勺和挤压片，钳子本体和漏勺焊接成一体，钳子本体和挤压片焊接成一体。钳子本体、漏勺和挤压片是由不锈钢材料制作，这样具有一定刚性，便于挤压焯水后的蔬菜，又不易生锈。漏勺上设有漏孔。挤压焯水后的蔬菜时，蔬菜汁液从漏孔中流出。挤压片与漏勺吻合，便于挤压焯水后的蔬菜时用力，提高了挤压效果。 
本实用新型所采取的技术方案操作简便，这种挤水钳子挤压焯水后的蔬菜出水速度快，出水量大。
