本实用新型涉及一种电能表检测天线对接装置。
背景技术
电能表上设有专门的天线接口,在检测电能表的时候,需要机械手将天线插入天线接口,但是因为天线接口比较短,机械手将天线的导线插入天线接口后导线容易掉落,然而不能机械手在测试时一直抓住天线,所以急需要一种对接装置能让机械手将天线导线插入天线接口后使天线导线不掉落。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电能表检测天线对接装置,能够有效解决现有机械手将天线导线插入天线接口后天线容易掉落的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种电能表检测天线对接装置,包括圆柱形的对接本体,所述对接本体沿轴线开有设置天线导线的通孔,所述对接本体上还开有至少一个垂直轴线固定天线导线的螺纹孔,所述对接本体的侧壁上开有供机械手抓取定位的环槽,所述通孔的前端开有与电能表上天线对接口螺母适配的配合孔。
优选的,所述对接本体的前端外圆周面上设有一圈配重块,所述配重块与对接本体一体制造;将对接本体的中心向前移,进一步确保对接上的天线导线不从对接接口上掉落。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:采用圆柱形的对接本体有利于机械手抓取,同时可以不必考虑对接本体的放置位置,环槽有利于机械手的抓取确保抓取位置,配合孔能与对接接口螺母对接,可以进一步防止对接本体从对接口上掉落。

参阅图1为本实用新型一种电能表检测天线对接装置的实施例,一种电能表检测天线对接装置,包括圆柱形的对接本体1,所述对接本体1沿轴线开有设置天线导线的通孔2,所述对接本体1上还开有两个垂直轴线固定天线导线的螺纹孔3,所述对接本体1的侧壁上开有供机械手抓取定位的环槽4,所述通孔2的前端开有与电能表上天线对接口螺母适配的配合孔5,所述对接本体1的前端外圆周面上设有一圈配重块6,所述配重块6与对接本体1一体制造。
将天线的导线插入通孔2内,用螺钉旋入螺纹孔3内将导线固定住,机械手抓在对接本体1的环槽4内,使电能表上天线对接口螺母与配合孔5,同时在对接本体1的前端加上配重块6,这样机械手将对接本体1插在电能表的对接点上就不会掉落,从而能顺利完成插天线的动作。

1.一种电能表检测天线对接装置,其特征在于:包括圆柱形的对接本体(1),所述对接本体(1)沿轴线开有设置天线导线的通孔(2),所述对接本体(1)上还开有至少一个垂直轴线固定天线导线的螺纹孔(3),所述对接本体(1)的侧壁上开有供机械手抓取定位的环槽(4),所述通孔(2)的前端开有与电能表上天线对接口螺母适配的配合孔(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电能表检测天线对接装置,其特征在于:所述对接本体(1)的前端外圆周面上设有一圈配重块(6),所述配重块(6)与对接本体(1)一体制造。
