LED路灯是一种常年在户外工作的照明器具,受风吹雨打、日晒雨淋,所以为了保护内部的电子元器件和LED灯,要求其密封性能必须要非常高,但目前市场上的LED路灯的灯头部分四周只设有一条密封条,该密封条在装配时常常出现因皱褶而导致失去密封性,严重降低了LED灯头的密封性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种可提高密封性能的LED路灯灯头结构。
本实用新型的实用新型目的可以通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种可提高密封性能的LED路灯灯头结构,包括有灯头主体、上罩和LED灯发光板,LED灯发光板设置在灯头主体内,上罩盖在灯头主体上,在灯头主体的四周壁体的上表面设有内安装槽和外安装槽,在内安装槽上设有内密封圈,外安装槽上设有外密封圈,上罩四周边缘压住内密封圈和外密封圈。
采用本技术方案后,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过在灯头主体和上罩之间设置两条密封条,从而大大增加了LED灯头的密封性能。
