为了解决在现有的洗菜槽里洗过菜的可以再利用的水被浪费的问题，本实用新型提供一种节约水的洗菜槽。该节约水的洗菜槽，使在洗菜槽里洗过菜的，可以再利用的水不被浪费掉。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：有一个槽体，在槽体内最低处有一个a阀和一个b阀a阀通过水管连接下水道里，b阀通过水管连接洗菜槽旁边的桶或其他容器内。洗菜时，a阀和b阀都关闭。洗过菜后，若洗过菜的水可以再利用，就打开b阀，将水通过水管排放到洗菜槽旁边的桶或其他容器内，用来冲厕所或浇花等；若洗过菜的水不可以再利用，就打开a阀，将水通过水管排放到下水道里。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在不影响洗菜槽正常使用的情况下，使洗过菜后，可以再利用的水再次利用，节约水资源。
