本实用新型涉及一种窗帘，具体是一种制有饰物层的窗帘。
背景技术
窗帘是一种悬挂在窗户上并集功能性和装饰性于一体的家具用品，既可用于调节室内光照强度，又能将外界隔绝以保护个人隐私，还能起到装饰室内环境的作用。窗帘的面料一般为纯棉、麻、涤纶、真丝或者几种原料混织而成。其中：棉质面料具有质地柔软和手感好的特点；麻质面料具有垂感好和肌理感强的特点；真丝面料由100%的天然蚕丝制成，具有高贵华丽的特点；涤纶面料具有挺刮、色泽鲜明、不褪色和不缩水的特点。
但是现有的面料只能在图案、色彩和质地等方面做出有限改进，层次感较弱而且视觉表现较为单一，容易出现审美疲劳。

本实用新型的目的是克服上述背景技术中的不足，提供一种制有饰物层的窗帘，该窗帘应具有层次丰富、视觉效果突出、结构简单和生产方便的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案是：制有饰物层的窗帘，包括窗帘面料，其特征在于：所述窗帘面料上分布固定着若干个具有装饰作用的饰物层。
所述饰物层通过黏合层粘结固定在所述窗帘面料上。
所述饰物层为若干烫钻贴图/和烫画。
所述窗帘面料为印花布、染色布、色织布、遮光布、绒布或提花印布。
所述黏合层为热熔胶。

本实用新型将饰物层通过热压或烫印方式固定在基础层上，不仅具有较强的层次感（达到2.5维），图案和色彩组合也多种多样，视觉效果特别出色，并且具有结构简单、粘结牢固和生产方便的特点。

如图1所示，制有饰物层的窗帘，包括窗帘面料1；该窗帘面料一般采用印花布、染色布、色织布、遮光布、绒布或提花印布；该窗帘面料上分布固定有若干饰物层(各个饰物层之间的距离根据设计要求确定)；该饰物层一般为烫钻贴图3、烫画4或者其结合（将烫钻贴图纸、烫画纸进行不同的排列或剪裁以组合成所需图案，不仅具有强烈的层次感，而且视觉表现效果更为突出）；该饰物层通过热压或烫印方式固定在窗帘面料上，即该饰物层的背面制有一黏合层2（该黏合层一般为热熔胶制成），通过一次性高温热压方式可将该黏合层结合在窗帘面料上。
烫钻贴图纸、烫画纸可直接外购获得。
在实际生产过程中，要先将饰物层叠放在窗帘面料上（黏合层需要贴合在窗帘面料表面），然后通过烫印设备（一般为烫画机或烫钻机）进行高温结合，温度控制在180-200°C左右，时间控制在30-45秒左右；如果烫印的温度和时间控制不到位，将会直接影响到烫印的效果。

1.制有饰物层的窗帘，包括窗帘面料（1），其特征在于：所述窗帘面料上分布固定着若干个具有装饰作用的饰物层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制有饰物层的窗帘，其特征在于：所述饰物层通过黏合层（2）粘结固定在所述窗帘面料上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制有饰物层的窗帘，其特征在于：所述饰物层为若干烫钻贴图（3）/和烫画（4）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制有饰物层的窗帘，其特征在于：所述窗帘面料为印花布、染色布、色织布、遮光布、绒布或提花印布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制有饰物层的窗帘，其特征在于：所述黏合层为热熔胶。
