背景技术
在粉丝生产线中，当粉皮由冷冻室通过粉带导轮进入竖切刀时，在粉带导轮位置粉皮容易出现褶皱，切丝时次品率增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足提供一种带螺纹的粉带导轮，减少粉丝生产次品率的形成。
本实用新型包括粉带导轮，其特征在于以粉带导轮长度方向的中间为分界，一边设置正螺纹、一边设置反螺纹，正螺纹、反螺纹的起点相交与粉带导轮长度方向的中间点。
由上述技术方案可知，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：在粉带导轮上车上正螺纹、反螺纹，即对头螺纹后，当粉皮由冷冻室通过粉带导轮进入竖切刀时，对头螺纹向粉带导轮两端产生螺旋张力，使粉皮处于紧绷状态，不易于出现褶皱、减少次品率的形成，提高生产质量。
