本实用新型涉及一种身体锻炼器械，尤其涉及一种俯卧撑架。
背景技术
    目前锻炼俯卧撑用的俯卧撑架普遍只能通过人体自身重量作为负重载体进行上肢锻炼。但随着身体对某一强度的逐渐适应，需要加强外界负重物体，以达到加强强度、进一步增强体质的目的。但目前的以握杆和支撑杆组成的俯卧撑架结构很难连接如弹性带等负重物，这给需要负重的锻炼者带来了很大的局限性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、使用方便、能便捷地连接和固定负重物的新型俯卧撑架。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供的一种新型俯卧撑架，包括两根呈平行排列、且通过连杆和支撑杆连接的左握杆和右握杆，所述的左右握杆的外侧均固接有一带开口的C型架，所述的C型架上通过扭簧连接有可封闭开口的活动杆，所述的C型架内设有至少三根连接在左右握杆外侧、且和左右握杆垂直的弹簧伸缩杆，且所述的弹簧伸缩杆在未收缩状态下的长度为刚好和C型架相接触。
采用上述结构方式后，本实用新型的优点在于：锻炼者若想增加锻炼强度时，可先通过扭簧打开活动杆，将两端连接有固定套的弹性带用固定套通过C型架的开口套入C型架内，由于弹性带位于锻炼者的腰背部，锻炼者锻炼时身体会有晃动和起伏，弹性带难免会在C型架内滑动，所以弹簧伸缩杆可以起到固定弹性带位置的作用。

从图2中可知，该俯卧撑架包括两根呈平行排列、且通过连杆1和支撑杆2连接的左握杆3和右握杆4，从图1中可知，在左握杆3和右握杆4的外侧均固接有一带开口的C型架5，该C型架5上通过扭簧6连接有可封闭开口的活动杆7，在C型架5内设有至少三根连接在左握杆3、右握杆4外侧、且和左握杆3、右握杆4垂直的弹簧伸缩杆8，该弹簧伸缩杆8在未收缩状态下的长度为刚好和C型架5相接触。
本实用新型具体是这样使用的：锻炼者若想增加锻炼强度时，可先通过扭簧6打开活动杆7，将两端连接有固定套的弹性带用固定套通过C型架5的开口套入C型架5内，由于弹性带位于锻炼者的腰背部，锻炼者锻炼时身体会有晃动和起伏，弹性带难免会在C型架5内滑动，所以弹簧伸缩杆8可以起到固定弹性带位置的作用。
