本实用新型涉及一种骨科植入物假体附件，特别是一种新型胫骨侧整体垫块假体。 
背景技术
随着国内医疗水平的提高，全膝关节置换术已变成一种极其普遍的外科手术，在众多的全膝关节置换手术中，有许多骨缺损严重的患者，尤其多见于胫骨侧，为了补偿人体自身骨质的严重缺损，就需要医用金属材料制成垫块附件，来填补人体自身的骨质缺损，目前胫骨侧垫块主要有半幅和整体两种形式，但是手术过程中，有的骨缺损介于半幅和整体之间的情况，现有形式无法满足此种情况的需要。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述缺陷而提供一种新型胫骨侧整体垫块假体。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取以下设计方案： 
一种新型胫骨侧整体垫块假体，它包含有垫块基体、凹槽、穿钉孔，其特征在于垫块基体呈阶梯形状，两侧具有不同的厚度，穿钉孔均匀分布，通过螺钉固定到平台基板上。 
本实用新型的优点是： 
1、本实用新型一种新型胫骨侧整体垫块假体，它包含有垫块基体、凹槽、穿钉孔，其特征在于垫块基体呈阶梯形状，两侧具有不同的厚度，不同的厚度能够弥补胫骨不同高度的骨缺损，从而减少手术截骨量，为患者保留自体骨质，穿钉孔均匀分布，通过螺钉固定到平台基板上，凹槽内填充骨水泥，对整体垫块起固定作用，放置整体垫块的松动。 
2、本实用新型一种新型胫骨侧整体垫块假体，它使用医用金属材料制成，因此其具有良好生物相容性。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型一种新型胫骨侧整体垫块假体，它包含有垫块基体1、凹槽2、穿钉孔3，其特征在于垫块基体1呈阶梯形状，两侧具有不同的厚度，不同的厚度能够弥补胫骨6不同高度的骨缺损，从而减少手术截骨量，为患者保留自体骨质，穿钉孔3均匀分布，通过螺钉5固定到平台基板4上，凹槽2内填充骨水泥，对整体垫块假体起固定作用，防止整体垫块假体的松动。 
本实用新型一种新型胫骨侧整体垫块假体，它使用医用高分子量聚乙烯制成，因此其具有良好生物相容性。

1.一种新型胫骨侧整体垫块假体，其特征在于，它包含有垫块基体(1)、凹槽(2)、穿钉孔(3)，其特征在于垫块基体(1)呈阶梯形状，两侧具有不同的厚度，穿钉孔(3)均匀分布，通过螺钉(5)固定到平台基板(4)上，凹槽(2)内填充骨水泥。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型胫骨侧整体垫块假体，其特征在于，它采用医用金属材料制成。
