背景技术
随着电气技术的发展,电气设备越来越广泛的应用工业生产和生活中,而电气控制柜也伴随着更多的应用,在通常的控制柜中缺乏有效的照明装置,在维护和使用上带来许多不便,其相关系统的联调和夜间维护都需要足够的照明来进行操作,在某些应用场合大多需要夜间来操作,伴随着这一背景,其中的照明装置也急切需要。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的为克服现有技术的不足，提供一种自动照明装置的电气控制柜，在电气设备的操作过程中省时省力，方便使用。 
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型主要采用如下技术法案： 
一种自动照明装置的控制柜，它包控制柜主体,LED灯和控制电路,所述LED灯和控制电路通过螺钉固定在控制柜主体面板上。
进一步地，所述一种自动照明装置的控制柜由机械开关、红外控制开关、红外传感探头、红外控制电路共同控制LED灯的亮灭。 
本实用新型同现有技术相比，可通过红外感应来实现控制LED灯的亮灭；当人体经过红外传感探头面前，就会产生扰动信号，这个信号经过红外控制电路处理后控制LED驱动电路，从而控制LED灯的亮灭。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于：在电气控制柜的实际操作中，有效的提供了自动感应的照明系统，在节能和方便的同时，兼顾了控制柜的成本，也大大简化了技术人员的操作。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括控制电路1，LED灯2，控制柜主体3，控制电路1用螺丝与控制柜主体3连接，LED灯2与控制柜主体3用螺丝连接。 
如图2所示，LED灯2连接有机械开关1和光电控制开关2，在使用中，红外传感探头7感应外部信号，也就是说当柜门打开，人靠近控制柜时，发出红外线，红外控制电路6接收并处理红外传感探头发出的开关量信号，再将信号传递给LED驱动电路5，从而驱动LED灯亮和灭。还可以通过光电控制开关2检测光信号，来控制LED驱动电路5，从而控制LED灯2的亮灭，而机械开关1控制则更增加实用价值。 
本实用新型中控制电路应用PCB板焊接，且用螺丝固定在控制柜上柜面内部，本实用新型性能高、成本低，也可广泛应用于各种控制柜。

1.一种自动照明装置的控制柜，它包控制柜主体,LED灯和控制电路,其特征在于：LED灯和控制电路通过螺钉固定在控制柜主体面板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动照明装置的控制柜，其特征在于：由机械开关,红外控制开关,和红外传感探头、红外控制电路共同控制LED灯的亮灭。
