背景技术
现有的电缆保护套均采用普通材料制作,两个管活动套接,有着两个管之间出现转动扭曲的弊病,导致缩短使用寿命,损坏电缆,造成电力输送线路的故障。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种设计合理、使用效果好的新型电缆护套管。其技术方案为:主要由凹槽、扩口、管体、凸筋和插接口构成;在管体一端连接扩口,扩口内设有多个凹槽,在管体另一端连接插接口,插接口外设有多个凸筋。本实用新型采用新型纳米材料与树脂挤压成型,由两头对应的凹槽和凸筋定位,避免了受外力影响而错位、扭转等出现线路故障。
本实用新型设计合理实用,安装方便快捷,而且增强了抗压耐高温的性能,省时省力,适合普遍推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图所示,新型电缆护套管,主要由凹槽1、扩口2、管体3、凸筋4和插接口5构成;在管体3一端连接扩口2,扩口2内设有多个凹槽1,在管体3另一端连接插接口5,插接口5外设有多个凸筋4。
使用时,因设有多个凹槽1和与之对应的凸筋4,凸筋4与凹槽1的高度和宽度等同,以相间120°布设,扩口2内径与管体3的外径相同,其管与管之间的连接以插接口5外凸筋4接扩口2内的凹槽1,实现两管紧固配合。
