技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种照明工具，尤其是一种随身携带的照明工具。
背景技术 众所周知，手电筒是人们生活工作中常用的照明工具。但是，现在的手电筒体积较大，不便携带和使用，而且功能过于单一，无法满足人们的需求。为此，我们提供一种新式手电筒非常必要。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构精巧、使用便利的指套式风扇手电筒。
本实用新型包括套环，在套环外壁安装灯罩，所述灯罩为圆柱体结构，内部安装照明电路，顶端安装电机，在电机的顶端通过电机转轴连接扇叶；所述套环为透明环体结构，内部填入荧光材料。
使用时，使用者将套环套在手指上，可同时携带灯具和电机移动。照明时，使用者闭合照明电路的开关，使灯具发光照明，使用者可通过手部来控制照明范围。吹风时，还可闭合电机开关，电机工作后带动扇叶旋转，利用扇叶旋转进行吹风。夜晚使用时，荧光材料会透过透明的套环发出淡淡光亮，提醒周围人群加以注意，提高夜行安全性。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：设计合理、方便实用、操作简单，具备照明和吹风的功能，并且便于携带和操控。
