现有的牙膏使用时都靠挤压，使用到后期剩余的牙膏挤起来不方便，牙膏筒也会严重变形，牙膏不能完全使用完，造成浪费。

本设计主要由水立方材料(乙烯一四氟乙烯共聚物)构成，配有一个助推器。由牙膏筒外壳与牙膏出口连接，牙膏筒尾部，活塞活动空间处设有牙膏筒内部可活动的活塞，牙膏筒内部可活动的活塞上有一个可伸长缩短的杆，使用时推动牙膏筒尾部可伸缩的杆使牙膏从旋盖式牙膏出口挤出。封闭的牙膏筒外壳与旋盖式牙膏出口连接，牙膏筒尾部，活塞活动空间处设有牙膏筒内部可活动的活塞，牙膏筒内部可活动的活塞上有一个可伸长缩短的杆，使用时推动牙膏筒尾部可伸缩的杆使牙膏从旋盖式牙膏出口挤出即可。

如图所示，在刚开始使用时，拉出牙膏筒尾部可伸缩的杆缓缓向牙膏筒口方向推动牙膏筒内部可活动的活塞，使用完毕后将牙膏筒尾部可伸缩的杆收起。根据牙膏的使用程度来调节牙膏筒尾部可伸缩的杆的长度，直至牙膏用完使活塞活动空间为空。
