为了克服现有技术中无带有塞子的杯子的不足，本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种带有塞子的杯子，该杯子的底部侧面设有塞子一个，人们不用的时候可以把塞子拔掉，收到安全卫生的地方，用的时候在塞上，这样就不用担心杯子被别人使用，达到方便卫生的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由杯子体、杯底、塞子组成，其特征在于杯子体设有杯底，杯底的侧面设有塞子，使用时只要把塞子塞上就可以泡茶喝，不用时拔掉塞子即可。
